Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Steward / Serabutan – Penanggung Kebersihan & Operasional to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role ensures that our facilities remain spotless, safe, and operationally efficient, supporting both front‑line staff and customers. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, honest male professional, up to 30 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent, who takes pride in maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all work areas, including floors, restrooms, break rooms, and customer‑facing zones.
- Manage waste disposal procedures, ensuring proper segregation, recycling, and timely removal of trash.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, restocking items such as disinfectants, paper products, and equipment as needed.
- Support store operations by setting up and maintaining the store’s management system, including basic data entry and record‑keeping.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any safety hazards, report them promptly, and take corrective action when possible.
- Assist in minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and reporting larger repair needs to the facilities manager.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials, especially those related to cleaning and sanitation.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and seasonal sanitization.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, representing the company’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though a willingness to learn is essential.
- Key Skills: Familiarity with basic store management systems, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Personal Traits: Highly disciplined, trustworthy, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks safely.
