Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator Sistem CCTV Gresik to join our technical team in Gresik. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity, reliability, and security of our closed‑circuit television (CCTV) infrastructure, which supports the safety of our facilities and the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will be a disciplined, detail‑oriented male professional aged between 22 and 28 years, with a solid foundation in computer operations and a minimum of one year’s experience in a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, configure, and maintain all CCTV hardware and software components across multiple sites.
- Perform routine inspections of camera lenses, recording devices, and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of system configurations, firmware versions, and maintenance logs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues that affect video streaming and recording.
- Implement security patches and updates to safeguard the CCTV system against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with the security team to review footage, generate incident reports, and support investigations.
- Provide technical support and training to end‑users on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards for data privacy and surveillance.
- Participate in on‑call rotations for after‑hours emergency response when critical system failures occur.
Requirements
- Male candidate, age between 22 and 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in CCTV administration, network administration, or related IT fields.
- Proficient in operating computers, including Windows/Linux environments.
- Strong analytical skills for network and database security assessments.
- Excellent attention to detail and disciplined work habits.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with database administration, network analysis, and security monitoring tools.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
