Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive canvassing visits to retail stores, UMKM partners, and prospective customers to introduce and promote our perfume portfolio.
- Demonstrate product features, distribute samples, and provide tailored fragrance recommendations based on client preferences and market trends.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with shop owners and buyers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional offers, effectively closing sales while protecting margin objectives.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, documenting activities and results in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline status, order confirmations, and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities, emerging trends, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay on‑ground insights that shape future campaigns and product lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory of promotional materials, samples, and sales documentation during field visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or related FMCG sector.
- Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey product benefits clearly.
- Strong self‑discipline, goal‑orientation, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic administrative abilities, such as order entry, sales reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, and travel within the designated sales territory.
