Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Mobile Marketing to join our expanding team in Situbondo, Jawa Timur, and potentially other locations across East Java. This role focuses on promoting our portfolio of mobile products and services to both existing and new customers, driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast‑paced, competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell the company’s mobile products to existing accounts and prospect new customers across assigned territories.
- Generate and secure orders through channel distributors, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare, submit, and track credit applications, collaborating closely with finance teams to expedite approvals.
- Monitor the progress of each application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding credit decisions.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection points, ensuring customers are fully informed of all transactional details.
- Maintain a robust pipeline by conducting regular follow‑ups, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with monthly targets.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end‑users to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in product training sessions and market research initiatives to stay current with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the mobile or telecommunications sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; adept at negotiation and conflict resolution.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) with an active personal vehicle for field visits.
- Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00.
- Key skills: Sales management (B2C), interpersonal communication, sales‑oriented mindset, target achievement, and customer relationship management.
