We are seeking a diligent Operator Mesin Produksi dan Pengawasan Operasional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of production machinery and maintaining high‑quality standards in our laundry and hospitality services. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to guarantee that all processes run efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production machines according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct pre‑shift inspections, record equipment conditions, and report any anomalies.
- Supervise the workflow of laundry cycles, ensuring proper loading, washing, drying, and folding processes.
- Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and inventory records for detergents, chemicals, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with quality‑control personnel to verify that finished goods meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Implement safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous substances and emergency response actions.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by suggesting process optimizations and efficiency gains.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external vendors regarding schedule changes or equipment needs.
- Adapt to a shift‑based work schedule, covering both weekdays and weekends as required.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Experience: Prior experience in laundry operations or industrial machine handling is advantageous.
- Core Skills:
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Strong initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proactive mindset and problem‑solving capability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and operate machinery safely.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work a rotating shift system, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with control system maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
