Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Cabang Baki to lead our Sukoharjo branch. This pivotal role will oversee the branch’s daily operations, drive product outreach in rural districts, and ensure that financial targets are met in line with the company’s strategic objectives. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the head office and local partners, fostering strong relationships with community leaders, loan officers, and customers.
The position is based in Sukoharjo, operates Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a competitive salary package alongside professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and lead product & company awareness campaigns across kecamatan and desa, tailoring messaging to local needs.
- Secure meeting approvals and coordinate schedules with community groups and partner organizations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and coach Assistant Officers (AO), administrative staff, and cashiers on a regular basis to maintain high performance standards.
- Provide daily forecasts on loan disbursements, partner acquisition, and financing requirements, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Perform periodic field visits to all registered collection groups, verifying compliance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly branch reports covering financial results, operational metrics, and risk assessments.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and plan next‑week actions.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing loan portfolios, improving collection rates, and expanding the branch’s market share.
- Maintain accurate records of cash flow, inventory, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Collaborate with regional management to align branch initiatives with broader corporate goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (any major).
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking, micro‑finance, or a related financial services sector.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, demonstrating effective people‑management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities: decisive, motivational, and capable of driving results under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage with diverse community stakeholders.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and honesty in handling financial transactions and confidential information.
- Proficiency in data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic planning.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
