Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Prepare and cook ayam geprek according to the company’s secret recipe, maintaining consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
- Manage the sales floor: greet customers, take orders, recommend menu items, and handle any service inquiries promptly.
- Track stock levels of raw materials (chicken, spices, bread, sauces) and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement basic marketing initiatives such as promotional offers, social‑media posts, and community outreach to boost foot traffic.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen and dining area in compliance with local health regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks, address customer feedback, and continuously seek ways to improve product and service quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing trends to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
- Coordinate logistics for delivery orders, ensuring orders are dispatched on time and in perfect condition.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑26 years old.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Religious commitment: Must perform the five daily prayers.
- Marital status: Single (unmarried).
- Experience: No prior experience required; a willingness to learn on the job is essential.
- Skills: Ability to cook and sell ayam geprek, basic understanding of a retail management system, and reliable personal transportation.
- Personal attributes: Honesty, responsibility, strong work ethic, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Work schedule: Full‑time, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 (with occasional extended hours for peak periods).
- Availability to travel between the store and home (pulang‑pergi) as required.
