Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Warehouse and Logistics Administrator to join our fast‑growing supply‑chain team. This full‑time position is based at our central distribution hub and plays a critical role in ensuring that inventory flows smoothly from supplier to customer. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and a proven track record of maintaining accurate stock records.

As we expand our distribution network, the Warehouse Administrator will become a key liaison between procurement, warehouse staff, and the logistics department, helping us meet delivery commitments while keeping operating costs under control.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all inbound and outbound shipments using Excel spreadsheets and the company’s inventory management system.
- Classify incoming goods by SKU, category, and storage requirements, ensuring proper labeling and placement in the warehouse.
- Conduct daily stock checks, reconcile physical counts with system data, and flag discrepancies for immediate investigation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management, highlighting turnover rates, excess stock, and potential shortages.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to schedule deliveries, confirm purchase order details, and verify that received items match order specifications.
- Assist in the planning of storage layout to maximize space utilization and improve picking efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with transportation partners, updating them on loading schedules, special handling instructions, and any changes to delivery windows.
- Support the implementation of continuous‑improvement initiatives such as cycle counting, barcode scanning, and process standardization.
- Provide timely responses to internal queries regarding stock availability, lead times, and order status.
- Adhere strictly to safety and compliance procedures, ensuring that hazardous materials are handled according to regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Female candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational policy.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or a related logistics function.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
- High level of accountability and the willingness to take full responsibility for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Basic knowledge of supply‑chain terminology and warehouse safety standards is a plus.
