Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Staf Administrasi Gudang & Logistik to join our fast‑growing warehouse and distribution team serving the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) region. This pivotal role ensures that inbound and outbound goods flow smoothly, inventory records are accurate, and the logistics operation runs on schedule. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for receiving and shipping documentation, maintain the warehouse management system, and support the logistics supervisors with timely reporting and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough checks on all incoming shipments, verifying quantities, condition, and documentation against purchase orders.
- Coordinate outbound shipments, preparing packing lists, labeling, and ensuring compliance with carrier requirements.
- Enter and update stock data in the warehouse management system (WMS) with precision, guaranteeing real‑time visibility of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory counts) and reconcile discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory movements, stock aging, and order fulfillment performance.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all logistics paperwork, including delivery notes, customs documents, and supplier invoices.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to resolve order issues, backorders, and delivery exceptions.
- Support the logistics manager with ad‑hoc projects such as process improvements, safety audits, and training sessions.
- Assist in the preparation of KPI dashboards and present insights to senior management.
- Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts, to meet peak demand periods and urgent shipment deadlines.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Female (as stipulated by the client’s operational policy).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data entry, pivot tables, and basic formula use.
- Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, dedication, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Residency in the Jabodetabek area or willingness to relocate.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work overtime and on Saturdays (working hours: 09:30 – 19:00).
