Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Taking Order (TO) Representative to join our dynamic team in the Magetan area. This position is a key frontline role within our Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distribution network, responsible for building relationships with retail partners, capturing accurate order information, and ensuring timely delivery of our product portfolio. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, and will be based locally to efficiently cover the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and convenience stores in the Magetan region on a scheduled route.
- Take and process customer orders accurately using Android‑based sales applications or handheld devices.
- Present product promotions, new launches, and pricing updates to store managers and buyers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and order volume goals set by the regional sales manager.
- Collect and report daily sales data, order confirmations, and stock levels through the company’s ERP system.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve any distribution issues.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales support professionally.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Maintain a well‑organized route plan, ensuring coverage of all designated outlets while optimizing travel time.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in FMCG sales, direct sales, or canvassing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C.
- Strong commitment and willingness to work in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Proficient in operating Android smartphones, tablets, or other mobile gadgets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to understand and navigate the Magetan territory effectively.
