Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chat messages promptly, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues by diagnosing problems, offering solutions, and escalating complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and follow‑up actions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call handling time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and technical support teams to coordinate seamless service delivery.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to product development and quality assurance teams for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct post‑interaction surveys to gather feedback and gauge customer sentiment.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, policy changes, and best practices.
  • Uphold company standards of appearance, conduct, and communication, representing the brand with a positive and courteous attitude.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all genders; however, the current opening emphasizes female candidates.
  • Age: Maximum 35 years.
  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) preferred; SMA/SMK (high school) equivalent is acceptable with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience is highly preferred, especially in retail, e‑commerce, or call‑center environments.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Team‑player mentality with a commitment to collaborative problem‑solving.
  • Physical and mental stamina to work a full‑day schedule (08:00 – 17:00, Monday‑Saturday).
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a respectful, courteous attitude toward customers and colleagues.
