Responsibilities

- Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, medication regimens, and post‑discharge care.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection‑control standards, including proper hand hygiene, equipment sterilization, and waste disposal.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to record nursing activities, update patient charts, and generate reports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, case conferences, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
- Provide emotional support and counseling during critical or end‑of‑life situations.
- Mentor junior staff and nursing students, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, national regulations, and professional nursing standards (STR, SIP).
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and willingness to obtain an SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) if not already held.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Gender: Female (preference based on patient comfort and cultural considerations).
- Demonstrated discipline, reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
- Proficiency with healthcare information systems and basic computer literacy.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
