Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Rokok – Penjualan Produk Tembakau to join our dynamic team in Solo, Central Java. This role focuses on expanding market presence for our premium tobacco products through strategic outlet visits, promotional material installation, and strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a male professional with at least one year of experience in FMCG promotion, a solid understanding of point‑of‑sale (POS) merchandising, and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Install, arrange, and maintain promotional materials (posters, signage, wobblers, etc.) at designated retail outlets.
- Execute direct sales activities, presenting product features and benefits to shop owners and end‑consumers while achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor promotional execution, ensure product availability, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Report daily activity logs, sales figures, and promotional compliance through company communication tools.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop localized sales strategies that reflect market trends and consumer preferences.
- Provide feedback on shelf‑space allocation, product placement, and promotional effectiveness to assist the merchandising team.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the product display, adhering to brand guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum senior high school (SMA/SMK) – D3 diploma preferred.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must possess the physical stamina to travel daily.
- Experience: At least 1 year as a promoter or merchandiser in the FMCG sector, preferably in tobacco.
- Valid SIM C (motorcycle license) and personal motorbike for field work.
- Demonstrated ability to set up POP materials and create eye‑catching product displays.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales analysis skills.
- Willingness to be placed in the assigned work area and adapt to flexible scheduling.
- Proficient in using mobile communication tools for reporting and coordination.
