We are looking for a dynamic Sales Akuisisi professional who can drive the acquisition of new agents, build strong relationships, and support the growth of our services in the local market. Responsibilities
- Agent acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure new AmarthaLink agents in Palopo, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Education and onboarding: Conduct on‑site and virtual presentations to explain the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with agents, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Training and support: Provide hands‑on training for agents on system usage, product portfolios, and best‑practice sales techniques.
- Performance monitoring: Track agents’ transaction volumes, resolve issues promptly, and coach under‑performing partners to improve results.
- Market analysis: Research local market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop actionable growth strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing acquisition numbers, agent activity, and market insights for senior management.
- Field work: Travel across the assigned territory using a personal motorbike, visiting potential agents and attending local business events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Palopo area and established local networks.
- Own a motorbike with a valid SIM C and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on ethical selling and customer education.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing market conditions.
