We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Services Manager to join our fast‑growing cargo and logistics division. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the cargo, air, sea, and multimodal logistics sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that expand existing relationships and capture new, high‑value customers.
  • Assess client needs and design customized logistics solutions, including land, maritime, and aerial transport, ensuring alignment with their supply‑chain objectives.
  • Lead price negotiations, draft contracts, and establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that protect both client interests and company profitability.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, customer service, and transportation teams to guarantee seamless shipment execution and on‑time delivery.
  • Manage a portfolio of VIP accounts, performing regular site visits, performance reviews, and proactive follow‑ups to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, track sales targets, and implement corrective actions to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Address client complaints promptly, leveraging problem‑solving techniques to resolve issues while preserving long‑term relationships.
  • Oversee all account administration tasks, including data reconciliation, invoice generation, and timely collection of receivables.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, market trend analyses, and activity summaries for senior management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in account management, preferably within cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance indicators.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities to effectively convey solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales negotiation, contract drafting, and SLA management.
  • Solid understanding of multimodal transportation options and regulatory requirements.
  • High level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Competence in strategic accounting concepts and financial reconciliation.
  • All genders are welcome; no age limitation is imposed.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
