Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site credit offers to potential borrowers, clearly explaining product features, interest rates, repayment terms, and required documentation.
- Perform comprehensive home eligibility surveys, assessing property conditions, ownership status, and collateral value to determine loan suitability.
- Gather, verify, and input applicant data into the company’s credit management system while maintaining strict data privacy standards.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers, local agents, and community leaders to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with internal underwriting and legal teams to resolve any discrepancies or additional information requests.
- Prepare and submit detailed field reports, including survey findings, customer feedback, and recommendation notes for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk‑management procedures throughout the credit offering process.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new product offerings, market trends, and best practices in field collection.
- Assist in post‑disbursement follow‑up, addressing customer queries, and supporting repayment monitoring activities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
