We are seeking a dedicated Guru Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial to join our esteemed Islamic educational institution. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and the institution’s Islamic values.

- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and formal examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance sheets, and grade books in compliance with institutional policies.
- Facilitate extracurricular programs such as debate clubs, community service projects, and cultural field trips.
- Mentor students on personal development, study skills, and ethical conduct, reinforcing loyalty to the institution.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and religious scholars to integrate Islamic teachings across subjects.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
- For Madin classes: teach classical texts (kitab kuning), supervise Arabic grammar (nahwu) and morphology (shorof) sessions, and support students in Quranic studies.
- Uphold institutional regulations, demonstrate punctuality, and model professional integrity at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Social Sciences, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree (S2) is highly preferred.
- Strong academic background, preferably from a recognized public university (PTN).
- No concurrent employment with other educational or non‑educational institutions.
- Demonstrated loyalty and willingness to adhere to the school’s code of conduct and policies.
- For Madin teaching positions:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning).
- Solid command of Arabic grammar (nahwu) and morphology (shorof).
- Completion of at least five years of formal pesantren (Islamic boarding school) education.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly advantageous.
- Gender: Open to all genders.

- Essential soft skills: excellent communication, empathy, cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and strong organizational abilities.
