This role is based in the Pandeglang region and focuses on expanding our network of borrowers, providing hands‑on economic support to households, and ensuring the smooth administration of loan applications and collections. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, encouraging them to join Amartha’s capital‑lending program.
- Conduct on‑site economic counseling and financial education for member households, helping them manage income, savings, and repayment plans.
- Perform thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, procedures, and risk‑assessment criteria.
- Coordinate the documentation process, collect necessary signatures, and submit applications to the central processing team.
- Execute timely and professional collection activities, following up with borrowers on repayment schedules while maintaining respectful client relationships.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, reporting progress and challenges to the regional supervisor.
- Assist in organizing community events, financial literacy workshops, and promotional activities that raise awareness of Amartha’s services.
- Travel daily throughout the assigned field area, using a personal vehicle to reach remote villages and households.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years accepted for experienced candidates).
- All genders are welcome; female candidates are especially encouraged.
- Possession of a reliable personal vehicle is mandatory for daily field work.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and the ability to work independently in challenging field conditions.
- No prior experience required; however, previous exposure to sales, community outreach, or micro‑finance is a plus.
- Willingness to work on‑site Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend or evening activities as project needs dictate.
