We are seeking a dedicated Guru Mengaji, Kalistung, dan Mata Pelajaran SD to join our vibrant teaching team in Brebes. Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Qur’an memorization (Mengaji), basic literacy and numeracy (Kalistung), and core primary school subjects such as Bahasa Indonesia, Mathematics, and Science.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles, ensuring that each student achieves measurable progress.
- Assess student performance regularly through quizzes, oral recitations, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, grade books, and lesson plans in accordance with school policies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school administrators, and parents to create a cohesive learning environment and to address any academic or behavioral concerns.
- Organize extracurricular activities, including Quranic contests, reading clubs, and community service projects that reinforce moral values.
- Uphold school regulations, model ethical behavior, and promote a culture of honesty, trustworthiness, and respect among students.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and staff meetings to stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 50 years.
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience at the elementary level or in a pesantren is preferred; fresh graduates who are currently enrolled as university students may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, age‑appropriate manner.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for record‑keeping and lesson preparation.
- Commitment to a full work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
