Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily activities of SPB/SPG teams across Palembang, ensuring coverage of key retail locations and construction sites.
- Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials, product samples, and pricing sheets to field representatives.
- Monitor sales performance, collect field data, and generate weekly reports for senior management.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to evaluate product placement, visual merchandising standards, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the negotiation and communication skills of SPB/SPG staff.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and logistics, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Track inventory levels of promotional stock and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent shortages.
- Implement feedback loops from the field to improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records for all field personnel.
- Support the execution of special campaigns, trade shows, and product launch events as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales promotion or as an SPB/SPG in the building‑material sector (minimum 6 months preferred).
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak campaigns.
- Female candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
