We are seeking a diligent Staf Dapur Operasional dan Kebersihan to join our fast‑growing culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a spotless kitchen environment, managing raw material inventories, and supporting daily operational workflows. This role is essential for ensuring food safety, operational efficiency, and a pleasant working atmosphere for all kitchen staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all kitchen areas, raw material storage locations, and equipment are kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
- Prepare raw ingredients according to the day’s production schedule, following standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Conduct regular stock checks, verify quantities against inventory records, and report any discrepancies.
- Place timely purchase orders for raw materials and consumables to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid production interruptions.
- Execute opening, operational, and closing procedures in strict accordance with the company’s SOPs, including equipment shutdown, waste segregation, and documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance of kitchen tools and machinery, reporting any faults for prompt repair.
- Collaborate with chefs, line cooks, and other support staff to streamline workflow and minimize downtime.
- Participate in periodic hygiene audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing food safety standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in kitchen operations, sanitation, or a related hospitality role.
- Technical Skills:
- Kitchen hygiene management and deep‑cleaning techniques.
- Basic maintenance of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, fryers, slicers).
- Proficiency in using inventory and ordering systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, honesty, responsibility, discipline, and the ability to follow SOPs precisely.
- Personal Traits: Organized, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work Hours: 08:30 – 18:00, with shift details communicated during onboarding.
