Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Marketing to join our team in Banda Aceh (Teuku Umar). This full‑time role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships with both existing and new customers, driving product sales, and managing credit applications from initial contact through to payment collection. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and is based in the candidate’s domicile area.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing customers and prospect new accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Generate orders through distribution channels, gather initial customer data, and verify all required documentation.
  • Prepare and complete credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring customers are fully informed of their obligations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports to support senior management decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate product deliveries and promotional activities.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose improvements to sales strategies.
  • Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (all majors) – recent graduates are welcome.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar B2C sales role; prior experience in credit processing is a strong plus.
  • Key Skills:
    • Sales management (B2C) and target‑driven mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Negotiation and persuasion techniques.
    • High integrity, diligence, and honesty.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Valid personal vehicle and an active SIM A/C license.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives.
  • Willingness to be placed according to the candidate’s domicile area.
