To support our expanding product portfolio and maintain superior customer service, we are looking for a diligent Administrator Marketplace Online to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic digital environment and is passionate about data accuracy, sales performance, and seamless marketplace operations.
Responsibilities
- Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory data across all partnered marketplaces with meticulous attention to detail.
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports that help the merchandising and marketing teams make informed decisions.
- Respond promptly to consumer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience that aligns with brand standards.
- Identify, document, and communicate any technical bugs or marketplace issues to the IT and operations teams for rapid resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of internal data, including sales figures, supplier information, and customer records.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—such as logistics, finance, and product development—to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing promotional calendars, coordinating flash sales, and updating promotional banners on each marketplace platform.
- Conduct regular audits of product data to eliminate inconsistencies and improve overall data quality.
- Support the creation of weekly and monthly performance dashboards for senior management review.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in e‑commerce, marketplace management, or related technology sectors.
- Hands‑on knowledge of major Indonesian online marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly to both internal teams and external customers.
- High degree of honesty, accuracy, and responsibility; proven track record of working effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis, comfortable interpreting sales numbers, trends, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with basic spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and data visualization concepts.

- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility during peak sales periods.
