Introduction
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our fast‑growing logistics team as Sorter Gudang Ekspedisi at our Cileungsi, Bogor warehouse. In this role, you will be a vital part of the parcel handling process, ensuring that every shipment is accurately sorted, scanned, and prepared for timely delivery. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for skill development in warehouse operations and logistics management.
Responsibilities
- Sort incoming and outgoing packages by route, geographic zone, and service category to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Perform inbound and outbound scanning using handheld devices, adhering strictly to established SOPs and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling and proper placement in the warehouse.
- Organize parcels on designated racks or bins according to the sorting zone, maintaining clear labeling and easy access.
- Inspect each package for damage, mislabeling, or inconsistencies and promptly report any issues to the supervisory team.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily throughput targets and support peak‑period demands.
- Utilize a company‑provided Android smartphone (minimum 4 GB RAM) to download and operate the logistics application for real‑time tracking.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including night and weekend rotations, to ensure continuous warehouse coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Valid Indonesian KTP and KK (original documents).
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for app usage.
- Personal bank account for salary deposits.
- Good physical health and mental stamina to handle manual tasks and shift work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Previous experience in warehouse or sorting operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional attire: short‑sleeve collar‑less T‑shirt, short or cargo‑style pants, and safety shoes.
- Essential soft skills: strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, teamwork orientation, and basic problem‑solving capabilities.
- Understanding of warehouse management concepts such as inventory control, safety monitoring, and cleanliness standards.
