Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty drinks according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and ensure accurate end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders promptly, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area, including regular cleaning of equipment, glassware, and work surfaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues quickly.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages, syrups, and supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet the restaurant’s operating hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new menu items, POS updates, and service standards.
Requirements
- Female, aged 18‑25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Honest, courteous, and able to present a professional demeanor at all times.
- Basic proficiency with cash‑handling and POS systems; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Willingness to work in a shift‑based schedule, including weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and multitasking.
- Passion for the food‑and‑beverage industry and a desire to grow within the hospitality sector.
