Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site market research and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local retailers, distributors, and key decision‑makers to promote product adoption.
- Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and sales events to increase brand visibility.
- Collect and analyze sales data, preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to align field tactics with overall brand strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inventory levels, and competitor activities using CRM tools.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and potential challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations during all field operations.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 28 years at the time of application.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work in a field‑based marketing role with frequent travel across Tapanuli Tengah.
- Readiness to sign an initial 12‑month contract, with opportunities for permanent placement thereafter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic analytical abilities for sales data interpretation and reporting.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
