This front‑line position is essential for delivering a seamless shopping experience, handling cash transactions, and representing our brand both in‑store and on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be personable, honest, and comfortable creating engaging content that reflects our vibrant store atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, card, and digital payments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Greet every customer with a friendly attitude, answer product queries, and provide personalized recommendations that encourage additional purchases.
- Maintain a tidy checkout area, ensure that promotional signage is up‑to‑date, and keep the store’s visual merchandising standards consistent.
- Monitor inventory levels at the register, report low‑stock items, and assist with daily stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies while preserving customer goodwill.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create short‑form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok that showcases new arrivals, special offers, and in‑store events.
- Collect customer feedback, document common concerns, and forward insights to store management for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and cash‑handling procedures, performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation accurately.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, POS updates, and emerging social‑media trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑27 years.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 0‑1 year of retail or customer‑service experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Proficiency with standard cashier systems and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal communication, a sincere work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Comfortable creating and editing short video content for Instagram and TikTok, with an eye for trending formats.
- Presentable appearance that aligns with our brand image; professionalism and personal grooming are essential.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a flexible mindset for occasional peak‑season shifts.
