Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and technically skilled Project Field Implementation Specialist to join our growing construction team. This role is pivotal in translating project designs into reality, overseeing the on‑site execution of residential construction projects, and ensuring that every phase aligns with budget, schedule, and quality standards. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high‑performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and cost control measures.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, calculate work volumes, and prepare accurate Bill of Quantity (BQ) documents.
- Conduct Unit Price Analysis (AHS), create Cost Budget Plans (RAB), and generate Work Budget Plans (RAP) to support financial forecasting.
- Coordinate daily field activities, monitor progress against milestones, and adjust schedules as needed to mitigate delays.
- Supervise on‑site construction crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
- Manage construction logistics, including material procurement, delivery scheduling, and inventory control.
- Prepare regular status reports, variance analyses, and risk assessments for senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between design teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, recommending process enhancements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participate in post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned and support future project planning.
Requirements
- Male or female, maximum age 35 years.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in supervising residential construction projects.
- Strong ability to prepare project planning documents and control project budgets.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and performing accurate volume calculations.
- Expertise in Unit Price Analysis (AHS), Cost Budget Plan (RAB), Work Budget Plan (RAP), and Bill of Quantity (BQ) preparation.
- Solid knowledge of construction logistics, material management, and on‑site resource coordination.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for technical documentation.
- High level of personal integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards.
