Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Prabumulih. This role is a pivotal part of our Business Channeling operations, ensuring that every loan order is accurately captured, processed, and communicated to both internal stakeholders and customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong computer skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and precision.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
- Collect, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object data before entering it into the company’s core system.
- Accurately input order information received via the Dicicilaja platform into the ACCTION system, maintaining consistency and data quality.
- Review credit applications against the results of the Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) or consumer grading, and process approvals or rejections accordingly.
- Communicate credit decisions to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Service Operations Center (SOC) for on‑site verification of collateral and borrower information.
- Coordinate closely with the Service Handling Center (SHC) to track the status of each consumer order and resolve any pending issues.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all data entry activities, ensuring audit‑ready records for compliance purposes.
- Support the broader channeling team by generating routine reports on order volume, processing times, and approval rates.
- Continuously seek process improvements, suggesting automation or workflow enhancements to reduce turnaround time.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or loan processing experience, preferably in a financial services or micro‑finance environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office and familiarity with loan management systems such as ACCTION.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers, SOC, and internal teams.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a cross‑functional team.
- Organizational skills that enable the handling of multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality.
