Introduction
PT. Prima Industri Sejahtera is seeking a diligent Operator Produksi Linier dan Pengawasan Kualitas to join our fast‑moving manufacturing floor. The role is pivotal in ensuring that linear production lines run smoothly, that each product meets stringent quality standards, and that traceability is maintained through accurate barcode handling. Responsibilities
- Prepare workstations and organize all necessary tools before the start of each shift.
- Create and verify process cards that correspond to the specific size and specifications of the product to be manufactured.
- Scan barcodes for each production size and for every material batch to ensure full traceability.
- Measure and check material dimensions against the process card, recording results on the initial check sheet.
- Inspect machine conditions, including emergency stop functions, and perform routine pre‑operational checks.
- Monitor the production line continuously to detect and eliminate any defects, ensuring zero‑defect output.
- Apply barcodes to finished products, verify proper placement, and confirm that each barcode is successfully scanned into the system.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to conduct ISO 9001 audits and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Participate in daily briefings, report any abnormalities, and suggest process improvements based on observed data.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience operating linear production machinery and performing quality inspections.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Strong visual acuity (no color blindness) to correctly interpret barcode colors and material markings.
- Proficiency with machine building and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication abilities to coordinate with supervisors, peers, and the quality department.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards, risk management, and operational safety protocols.
- Adaptability to work a six‑day week (Monday–Saturday) from 07:00 to 16:00.
- Physical fitness to handle moderate lifting and stand for extended periods.
