Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse – Patient Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and ongoing care for hospitalized patients in accordance with established protocols and best‑practice guidelines.
- Admit and orient new in‑patients, ensuring all admission procedures, documentation, and safety checks are completed accurately.
- Conduct health education sessions for patients and their families, covering topics such as medication management, post‑discharge care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives, contributing ideas that enhance patient safety, reduce errors, and streamline nursing workflows.
- Prepare discharge kits, coordinate follow‑up appointments, and ensure patients leave with clear instructions and necessary supplies.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records, reflecting all nursing actions, observations, and patient responses.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, applying Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) protocols when required.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (S1) – Professional Nurse qualification; D3 Nursing graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Active Indonesian Nursing License (STR) at the time of employment.
- At least 1 – 3 years of clinical experience in acute or inpatient care settings.
- Demonstrated focus on patient safety, quality of care, and adherence to infection‑control standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and functional English proficiency preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as BTCLS, ACLS, or other advanced life‑support credentials are highly desirable.
- Ability to work a full schedule: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with immediate availability.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, work effectively under pressure, and collaborate within a diverse team.
