Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Operator Produksi Sablon (Mesin & Manual) to join our fast‑growing screen‑printing division. This position plays a critical role in producing high‑quality printed products for a diverse range of clients, from promotional merchandise to packaging materials. The successful candidate will work on both automated screen‑printing machines and manual stations, ensuring that each job meets strict quality standards while adhering to tight production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor screen‑printing machines (automatic and semi‑automatic) according to job orders.
- Prepare screens, mix inks, and adjust color formulations to match client specifications.
- Perform manual printing tasks, including hand‑pulls, touch‑ups, and specialty effects.
- Conduct routine quality checks during and after production to detect color shifts, misregistrations, or defects.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, ensuring all tools and materials are stored safely.
- Execute daily equipment maintenance, perform minor repairs, and report major malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Document production data, such as run times, waste percentages, and output counts, for daily reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the design, finishing, and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines and address any production challenges.
- Adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and promote a culture of workplace safety.
- Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in screen‑printing, textile printing, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, quick decision‑making ability, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and handle repetitive motions safely.
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and maintaining consistent quality.
