Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our growing team as Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC in Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our electronic payment solutions, helping micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) adopt modern point‑of‑sale technology. The ideal candidate is motivated by targets, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys working independently while representing a reputable fintech brand.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive canvassing visits to UMKM across Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, presenting the benefits of our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines.
  • Achieve a daily sales target of 2–3 new merchant acquisitions, tracking progress in the company CRM system.
  • Build and nurture relationships with shop owners, market vendors, and service providers to understand their payment processing needs.
  • Provide product demonstrations, explain transaction fees, and answer technical questions to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports, including leads generated, follow‑ups, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to coordinate promotional events and troubleshoot installation issues.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand image during all field interactions.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to suggest improvements to sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • No age ceiling; candidates of any age are welcome.
  • Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in fintech, retail, or related fields.
  • Own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and hold a valid SIM C license.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and use simple sales analysis tools.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to manage a flexible schedule, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00.
