We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager – Business Development to lead our sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the region. Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and present SCUTO Group’s product portfolio to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously refresh a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accurate contact information and timely follow‑ups.
  • Execute systematic follow‑up strategies with qualified prospects, moving them through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to prepare proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Rapidly acquire product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date with the company’s CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management.
  • Interpret and act on strategic instructions from senior leadership, aligning daily activities with broader business objectives.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English proficiency considered a strong advantage.
  • Collaborate with marketing, after‑sales, and technical teams to synchronize sales campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Drive B2C sales strategies, leveraging online branding, social media advertising, and digital lead generation tools.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or related fields; high school diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
  • Age between 25‑35 years, with a maximum of 30 years for entry‑level considerations.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C sales environments, including online branding and digital marketing tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required, English (spoken & written) is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s licenses (SIM A and C) and ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the SCUTO Bogor Yasmin office, Monday through Saturday, 09:00‑18:00.
