Introduction
We are seeking a reliable Professional Driver to join our growing logistics and passenger‑transport team. This role involves the safe and timely delivery of goods as well as the transportation of passengers across urban and suburban routes. The successful candidate will be a disciplined, physically fit male driver with a valid SIM A licence, a minimum high‑school education, and a strong commitment to safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career in Indonesia’s dynamic transportation industry.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles in strict accordance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
- Plan and execute daily routes for both cargo and passenger trips, optimizing travel time and fuel efficiency.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues, and coordinate routine maintenance.
- Load, secure, and unload goods safely, ensuring proper handling of fragile or hazardous items.
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers, assisting with luggage and addressing any travel concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, delivery confirmations, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or delivery exceptions.
- Adhere to company‑wide health and wellness standards, including regular medical check‑ups and mental‑health awareness.
- Participate in ongoing driver training programs covering defensive driving, customer service, and regulatory updates.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by demonstrating punctuality, reliability, and a high level of personal integrity.
Requirements
- Male applicant, maximum age of 38 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian SIM A driving licence with a clean record.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant driving experience in cargo or passenger transport.
- Physically and mentally healthy, able to handle long periods of driving and occasional heavy lifting.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and a commitment to follow schedules.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism in dealing with customers and company assets.
- Excellent communication skills and a courteous attitude toward passengers and clients.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
