Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Supervisor Operasional Restoran to join our fast‑growing hospitality team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily restaurant operations run smoothly, guests receive exceptional service, and the business meets its financial and marketing targets. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and customer service excellence.
- Manage and coach a team of servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement weekly staffing schedules, monitor labor costs, and adjust resources to match peak service periods while maintaining optimal productivity.
- Coordinate with the kitchen manager to control inventory, conduct regular stock takes, and minimize waste through efficient ordering and portion control.
- Analyze sales data and marketing initiatives, set realistic targets, and drive promotional campaigns that increase foot traffic and average check size.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for service recovery and brand loyalty.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as revenue, table turnover, and staff performance.
- Ensure all staff hold the required certifications, including Garda Pratama (security guard) credentials, and conduct regular refresher trainings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the dining area, back‑of‑house, and public spaces, conducting routine inspections and addressing any issues immediately.
- Support the recruitment process by interviewing candidates, conducting onboarding sessions, and evaluating probationary performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in restaurant operations or a related supervisory role.
- Possession of a valid Garda Pratama (security guard) license.
- Strong orientation toward targets, especially in marketing and sales growth.
- Excellent communication skills, quick decision‑making ability, analytical mindset, and resilience under pressure.
- Immediate availability to start work is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
