Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Finance, Accounting, and Tax Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in North Jakarta, Pluit. This is a contract‑based, on‑site position that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management, external auditors, and tax authorities while handling a full spectrum of financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate complex tax regulations within the Indonesian regulatory environment.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30, providing a structured yet collaborative environment where you can contribute to the financial health and regulatory compliance of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end finance, accounting, and tax workflows, ensuring strict adherence to the latest regulations and internal policies.
- Lead the transition and integration of company tax processes into the Coretax System (PSIAP), guaranteeing seamless data migration and system reliability.
- Prepare, review, and analyze comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, delivering accurate insights for strategic decision‑making.
- Oversee all tax compliance activities such as VAT, e‑Bupot Unifikasi, and annual corporate income tax filings, while maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of the HPP Law.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to improve financial process efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and mitigate risk.
- Provide actionable financial insights and trend analysis to senior management, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison with tax authorities, external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
- Maintain rigorous record‑keeping standards in line with both local Indonesian GAAP and applicable international accounting principles.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel functions to streamline reporting, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data accuracy.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, offering financial expertise to support business development, mergers, and acquisitions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and tax (FAT) roles.
- Strong knowledge of Coretax (PSIAP) and current tax regulations under the HPP Law.
- Professional certifications such as Brevet A & B; Brevet C, CA, or CPA are a significant advantage.
- Proficiency with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
- Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate financial reports and manage tax audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities, especially under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
- Clean criminal record, verified by a valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK).
- Willingness to undergo residence verification as part of the background‑check process.
