Responsibilities

- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including regular cleaning of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and ensure proper storage of perishable and non‑perishable goods.
- Assist in daily kitchen set‑up and breakdown, guaranteeing that all tools and appliances are functional and safely stored.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, front‑of‑house staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and promptly report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions.
- Support special events, promotional activities, and seasonal menu launches by preparing additional quantities and coordinating with event planners.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvements, waste reduction, and operational efficiency during team meetings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively to customers and visitors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Gender: Female (preferred for this specific posting).
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in the F&B sector, preferably in a kitchen or food‑service role.
- High initiative, honesty, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Demonstrated interest in culinary arts and the broader F&B industry.
- Excellent personal presentation and the ability to maintain a clean, tidy appearance.
- Basic knowledge of a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 15 kg).
