Responsibilities

- Assist in the follow‑up of daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that instructions, schedules, and quality standards are properly understood and implemented.
- Support the Business Operations Executive (BOE) by preparing bilingual presentations, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams—such as engineering, quality control, and logistics—to resolve language‑related issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized repository of translated materials for future reference and compliance audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing linguistic insights that enhance process documentation.
- Provide on‑the‑spot translation during meetings, training sessions, and site visits, ensuring real‑time comprehension.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Linguistics, Translation, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) and native‑level proficiency in Indonesian; strong command of English is essential for document handling.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with manufacturing terminology, production workflows, and quality standards.
