Responsibilities

  • Maintain and archive all administrative documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and regulatory filings.
  • Enter daily operational data such as feed consumption, egg production counts, and equipment maintenance logs into the company’s ERP system.
  • Monitor inventory levels of feed, vaccines, and packaging materials; update stock cards and generate alerts for low‑stock items.
  • Prepare routine financial and management reports, including cash flow statements, expense summaries, and variance analyses for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with the poultry house operations team to ensure that production schedules are reflected accurately in the administrative system.
  • Assist the accounting department with invoice processing, reconciliation of supplier statements, and month‑end closing activities.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects such as cost‑benefit analyses for new equipment, compliance audits, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide timely responses to internal inquiries regarding data availability, report generation, and document retrieval.

Requirements

We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate or bachelor) in Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field. Candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) background are also considered if they demonstrate strong competency.
  • Age: 21–27 years (flexible, with no strict upper limit).
  • Gender: Preference for female applicants, but all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Marital Status: Single (preferable).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative or bookkeeping experience. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and internship exposure are welcome.
