This role is perfect for a motivated female professional aged 20‑35 who enjoys delivering high‑quality facial, slimming, and nail services while providing personalized beauty consultations. Responsibilities
- Perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, slimming sessions, and nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail art) with precision and care.
- Provide basic beauty education and consultation to clients, recommending appropriate treatments and home‑care routines.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Promote and upsell salon treatments and retail products, helping clients discover solutions that suit their individual needs.
- Support outlet administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, client record keeping, and inventory monitoring.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and front‑desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Minimum high school (SMA) or vocational (SMK) education; graduates of SMK Tata Kecantikan are strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in facials, slimming, or nail services. Fresh graduates with relevant certification are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients on beauty and skin‑care best practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards and a clean work environment.
- Basic administrative abilities, including proficiency with booking software and inventory logs.
- Positive attitude, team‑spirit, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
