Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Motorist to join our growing team and cover the Cirebon and Kuningan regions. This frontline position is ideal for individuals who thrive on face‑to‑face interaction, enjoy navigating the streets on their own motorcycle, and have a passion for delivering automotive solutions to customers. As a Sales Motorist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm while driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers within the assigned territories of Cirebon and Kuningan.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations of motorcycles and related accessories.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with dealers, retailers, and end‑users.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales while adhering to company policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and daily activity logs to the regional manager.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and resolve any post‑sale issues.
- Participate in local promotional events, roadshows, and trade fairs to increase brand visibility.
- Provide market feedback on competitor activities, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance of the personal motorcycle and company branding materials.
- Comply with all safety regulations, including proper use of a valid SIM C and regular vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0–2 years of sales or field‑work experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, covering both urban and rural routes.
