Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Pengendali Biaya dan Penjaga Gudang to join our dynamic hospitality team as we expand operations into the new Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). This pivotal role combines cost control expertise with warehouse oversight, ensuring that all financial transactions and inventory movements are executed with precision, transparency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and be ready to relocate to IKN while preferably originating from the Kalimantan region.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational expenses, compare actual spend against budgeted figures, and prepare variance analyses for management review.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
- Coordinate with procurement, housekeeping, and food‑and‑beverage departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies while minimizing excess inventory.
- Develop and implement cost‑saving initiatives, such as optimizing vendor contracts, reducing waste, and improving storage efficiency.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including cost of goods sold (COGS), waste reports, and inventory turnover ratios.
- Oversee the receiving, labeling, and safe storage of all goods, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Train and supervise junior warehouse staff on proper handling procedures, documentation, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to verify invoices, process payments, and resolve any billing issues.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track stock movements, generate real‑time dashboards, and forecast future inventory needs.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align cost control measures with overall business objectives and guest satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1‑2 years of relevant experience in cost control or warehouse management within the hospitality industry.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional training in finance, logistics, or supply‑chain management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, hardworking attitude.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) immediately, preferably from the Kalimantan area.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Excel, Word) and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
