We are seeking a dynamic Sales Agent – Telemarketing Professional to join our fast‑growing sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of the company, reaching out to potential customers, presenting our product portfolio, and converting inquiries into sales. Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers via outbound telephone calls to introduce and promote company products.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and compelling product information, tailoring the pitch to each customer’s needs.
  • Maintain a systematic follow‑up process for leads that show interest, ensuring timely communication and nurturing the sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Accurately input, update, and manage customer data in the CRM system, ensuring information is current and reliable.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay informed about new offerings, promotions, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine sales scripts, improve product positioning, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve skill sets.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; open to fresh graduates.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related customer‑facing role (experience not mandatory if strong communication skills are demonstrated).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data entry.
  • Adaptability to a structured schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
