Introduction
Bisma WR Supratman is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead daily operations within our retail environment. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast‑paced setting, values teamwork, and possesses a solid foundation in store management. The successful candidate will report directly to the Store Manager and will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of sales associates, stockroom staff, and cashiers, ensuring clear communication of daily goals and performance expectations.
- Monitor store performance metrics such as sales targets, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction scores, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on product knowledge, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment that reflects current promotional campaigns.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently, preserving the brand’s reputation.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, staffing, and operational issues to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Work under pressure during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, to guarantee seamless store operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per company policy for this specific location).
- Proven experience in retail or operational management, preferably within a similar store format.
- Strong communication skills – able to convey instructions clearly and listen actively to team members.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, inventory software, and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
