Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Creative Graphic Designer to join our fast‑growing visual communications team in Bandung. This role is ideal for a passionate female professional who blends strong design fundamentals with a love for photography, video editing, and social‑media storytelling. The position is based on‑site at Jl. Sayuran Rancamanyar – Terusan Cibaduyut and offers a part‑time schedule of two days per week, Monday to Saturday, with core office hours from 09:00 to 18:00.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑impact visual assets for print, web, and mobile platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Capture, edit, and retouch photography that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and event coverage.
- Produce short‑form video content using DaVinci Resolve and other editing tools for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage the end‑to‑end content pipeline for social media channels, including copy collaboration, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly named, versioned, and archived.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, photography techniques, and platform algorithms to keep the brand’s visual presence fresh and competitive.
- Provide mentorship and creative guidance to junior designers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a portfolio demonstrating advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing software (DaVinci Resolve or similar).
- Age: 25 years old or younger; must be a resident of Bandung and able to commute to the office daily.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
- Strong passion for photography; a personal portfolio of original work is considered a valuable asset.
- Hands‑on experience creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh talent with a solid skill set is welcome.
