- Monitor tables throughout the service, refill drinks, clear plates, and respond quickly to any additional guest needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, polishing silverware, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, bartenders, and fellow wait staff to coordinate timing, address any service issues, and uphold a seamless flow of operations.
- Handle payment transactions securely, provide accurate bills, and thank guests sincerely, encouraging repeat visits.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay current on new items and service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in restaurant or café service.
- All educational backgrounds are welcome; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact with a diverse clientele.
