- Perform timely follow‑ups on the CRM database and lead lists via WhatsApp, Instagram Direct Messages, Facebook Messenger, and other relevant platforms.
- Present detailed information about the clinic’s treatment portfolio, seasonal promotions, and financing options in a clear and compelling manner.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by closing treatment packages, upselling add‑on services, and encouraging repeat visits.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, update the sales pipeline, and produce concise weekly sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales initiatives and provide feedback on market trends.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing after‑sales support, and fostering long‑term loyalty.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry developments, new aesthetic technologies, and competitor offerings to position the clinic as a market leader.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – a background in marketing, communications, or health sciences is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or aesthetic clinic sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, confidence in client-facing situations, and a natural talent for persuasion.
- Demonstrated ability to work with targets, manage time efficiently, and operate independently while contributing to a team.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools – WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and basic CRM software.
