Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Toko to join our retail team in Tangerang Selatan. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent) and are eager to develop a career in store operations and customer service. The successful applicant will work in a dynamic environment, supporting daily store activities, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. The role requires a professional appearance, physical stamina, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product information to drive sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure shelves are fully stocked according to planograms.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Assist with inventory checks, receive deliveries, and perform stock reconciliation to minimize shrinkage.
- Monitor and enforce store policies, including health and safety guidelines, to create a safe environment for staff and shoppers.
- Support promotional activities, set up marketing materials, and ensure that sales campaigns are executed correctly.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Report daily sales figures, stock levels, and any incidents to the store manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
