Responsibilities
- Engage customers with a friendly, courteous attitude, promoting daily menu items and upselling complementary products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, ensuring proper cash handling and receipt issuance.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter, adhering to hygiene standards and company SOPs.
- Monitor inventory levels of ready‑to‑sell items, report shortages, and assist with restocking during off‑peak periods.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and smooth service flow.
- Conduct daily opening and closing checks, including cash reconciliation and equipment inspection.
- Participate in a two‑week intensive training program covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Travel between assigned outlets within the Malang city area using a personal vehicle, arriving punctually for each shift.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential improvements.
- Adhere strictly to the five‑daily prayers schedule, reflecting the company’s cultural values and workplace expectations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (required for this specific role).
- Religion: Must be a practicing Muslim and observe the five daily prayers.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be physically capable of early‑morning shifts.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a culinary or food‑service environment, preferably with cash‑handling duties.
- Personal Vehicle: Ownership of a reliable motorbike or car is mandatory for outlet travel.
- Key Skills: Strong cash‑operation abilities, polite and clear communication, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures diligently.
- Personal Attributes: Honesty, discipline, punctuality, and a willingness to work flexible hours (04:30 – 11:30).
- Contract Commitment: Minimum six‑month contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
